Brendon Welker is a seasoned educational consultant with nearly 30 years of experience helping students and families find the right fit—whether that’s an independent school, college, or athletic opportunity.

As Founder of Welker Educational Services, he brings deep insight and a personal approach to every student he works with. Brendon started his consulting career in 2016 after two decades in boarding school admissions, including 20 years at Avon Old Farms where he led enrollment and external affairs.

Brendon knows the landscape—he’s worked closely with families around the world, supported athletic recruits at both the secondary and collegiate levels, and advised students at every stage from middle school through post-grad.

He holds degrees from The College of the Holy Cross and Wesleyan University, presents regularly at national conferences, and remains active in the education community through leadership and volunteer roles.
